Belated January Post - New Experiences

One of our classmates had the opportunity to visit Africa for the month of December and for part of January.  Upon her return, she enlightened the group with a Powerpoint presentation she put together to share her experiences and her knowledge.  In addition, she brought back some dried Kudu (if my memory serves me correctly) and Eland (I believe).  Almost everyone in the class was adventurous enough to try the exotic meat.
